After hundreds of nominees were rated and reviewed by thousands of the magazine’s readers, Day earned fourth place for his development of the iCARE program and his commitment to renewable energy.
Day’s Fast 50 nomination stemmed from his passion for environmental progression, specifically, decreasing reliance on fossil fuels.

Through a partnership with 3 Phases Energy Services, a provider of renewable energy options for businesses, institutions and nonprofits, iCIMS developed a corporate donation program that not only matches the company’s current electric usage but exceeds it by 92 percent.
In addition, iCIMS partners with Earth Share of New Jersey to offer a Workplace Contribution Program for employees to donate their time, talent or treasure to local environmental initiatives.
