Learning and talent management software provider Cornerstone OnDemand today announced that industry analyst Jason Corsello is joining the company as vice president of corporate development and strategy.
Reporting to Cornerstone President and CEO Adam Miller, Corsello will leverage his expertise in HR technology and services to identify market opportunities, drive corporate initiatives and guide M&A, as well as support product strategy and service innovation.
“Jason has been a top analyst, adviser and thought leader in the talent management industry for the last decade. His knowledge of talent management processes and systems, along with his experience working with leading global companies, will be invaluable in helping us map our strategy into the future,” said Miller.
Corsello joins Cornerstone from HR consulting firm Knowledge Infusion, where he was the senior vice president of strategy and corporate development, responsible for the organization’s strategy and solutions. He also developed and launched many new services at the firm and played a lead consulting role with many of the company’s Global 2000 clients. Prior to his role with Knowledge Infusion, he was a research director at Yankee Group, leading the company’s human capital management and talent management advisory and consulting services. He also spent six years with Flextronics International, where he worked with large, multinational clients in developing their outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
