Questionmark Adds Detailed Item Analysis to OnDemand Assessments

The new report will add a report to analyze the quality of assessment questions to its SaaS offering.

Norwalk, Conn. — June 16

Questionmark has added to its software-as-a-service offering a new statistical report for analyzing the quality of assessment questions.

Questionmark OnDemand version 5.3 now has an interactive item analysis report that provides visual cues to help users quickly spot results needing more detailed investigation. The HTML output of the report provides graphical and tabular summaries of statistics and allows users to click on specific items and drill down into specific item statistics and performance data. The report, which also offers several publish-to-PDF and publish-to-CSV options, supports all question types commonly used on quizzes, tests and exams.

Another new offering is a test center analysis report, which allows users to evaluate the performance of participants who have been scheduled to take assessments at test centers, and thereby identify potential test security issues.

These two new reports are available within Questionmark Analytics, a reporting system that pulls data from a Questionmark Perception assessment management system repository and stores it in a results warehouse specially constructed for creating reports that users can mine for detailed information. Four of the other reports focus on analyzing course evaluation results; the remaining four include a survey frequency analysis report, a report that graphs assessment results over time, and two item bank statistics reports.
