Clearwater, Fla. — March 19
Studio98, creator of Rethink Training, announced its new Pro Training add-on feature that seeks to allow organizations to establish themselves as experts and thought leaders by selling online training courses or course modules directly to the public.
When a company uses the Rethink Training learning management system (LMS) to develop a course or module, the new Pro Training feature allows for the creation of a Web-based library or catalog through which prospective course takers can review and purchase the training.
Using the new feature, course creators write a description, insert a photo, choose a category and set the price for the course. Members of the public can then browse the collection of training options and purchase the course or module of their choice.
For example, the tech support division of a software company could create a catalog of courses that clients can use for problem solving and for enhancing proficiency on the software. Additionally, companies such as continuing education companies, professional training companies and certification groups (including real estate, insurance, home inspection or multi-level marketing) could benefit from an easy-to-use platform that displays and delivers courses directly to the public.
A provider of online business solutions, Studio98 is dedicated to helping organizations operate more efficiently. The Rethink Training platform allows administrators to build interactive courses that incorporate text, images and videos as well as multiple-choice and essay-based quizzes. Course administrators can update content in real time, ensuring that course takers always have access to the latest information.
Other key features include the flexibility to customize training modules for specific job functions and the ability to design courses of any duration — from under an hour to multiple days.
Rethink Training was initially developed as a training service for the company’s own international staff.
Studio98 offers three different pricing plans, based on the number of active users and storage capacity, and custom pricing is available on request. The company also offers an enterprise edition for companies requiring higher limits.
