Both companies have been recognized by such organizations as Gartner, Bersin & Associates and the ROI Institute for innovative thought leadership and effective services for learning and development.
KnowledgeAdvisors is known for its learning analytics system Metrics that Matter, a cloud-based software service for learning evaluation and analysis that aims to improve the effectiveness and business impact of learning. Metrics that Matter also provides a benchmark database with more than 750 million external data points.
Capital Analytics is regarded as a pioneer in using advanced statistical methods to measure and isolate the impact of human capital investments on an organization’s business and target where improvements will be most effective and adjustments can be made.
