Social career management software firm Zapoint Inc. has entered in a partnership with the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. The two organizations will collaborate to deliver enterprise services for large corporations starting in 2013.
Zapoint aims to offer firms an efficient and strategic approach to talent management. The company’s technology and methodology aim to help HR departments engage their workforce with social career management tools that allow employees to showcase their talents, share valuable knowledge and engage the talent management process.
For nearly 90 years IU’s Kelley School of Business has prepared students to lead organizations, start companies, develop new products and services, and shape business knowledge and policy.
