Princeton, N.J. — Nov. 12
Caliper Corp., a global human capital management assessment and development firm, has announced the addition of two professionals to its executive team.
Tony Rutigliano, former senior practice expert at Gallup, is joining Caliper as a senior vice president of consulting services. Frank Constanzo, former managing director and vice president of government business development at Peterson’s Nelnet, joins Caliper as senior vice president of sales. Both join Caliper’s executive committee.
Rutigliano will be partnering with Cyndi Sax, fellow senior vice president of consulting services, to co-lead Caliper’s consulting initiatives. While at Gallup, he developed its employee engagement practice and was co-author of two best-selling business books.
Costanzo’s work has paralleled Caliper’s in many ways. His prior position was with Peterson’s government services, where he focused on empowering individuals to accelerate their education and preparing individuals for relevant, high-growth careers.
