This notion of reimagining learning is critical to us. We understand that we truly are at a transformative period as we think about the emergence of artificial intelligence, as we think about the emergence of so many technological capabilities that are reshaping certainly what our employees feel is effective learning, effective digital capabilities, and we’re at a period where we can bring those capabilities together in a way that we believe help us both elevate and accelerate the value that the L&D function provides.
As a result of that, we’re doing a lot of work on really reconstituting much of our curriculum and ensuring that we’re incorporating digital modalities into that, whether that is remote learning, and we’re delivering that capability to employees via webinar or whether it’s in the classroom and how we’re bringing our senior leadership into the classroom to speak to our new hires and tenured learners alike via video conferencing and/or video capability.
So, this notion of digital, this notion of technology, it’s something that we take seriously and it’s something that we truly are leveraging to extend the value proposition that touch our employees worldwide.
