CLO Symposium makes top 10 L&D conferences list

Some of the topics that will be covered include competency- and skills-based learning, experiential learning, the metaverse, AI and machine learning, company culture considerations, strategic business alignment and measurement.

The annual Chief Learning Officer Symposium was ranked number six in BigThink’s list of top 10 learning and development conferences of 2023.

The 2023 Symposium, which is hosted by CLO’s parent company BetterWork Media Group, will take place October 15-18, in San Diego, CA. This year’s theme is “All Eyes on the Future: Building a Culture of Lifelong Learning.” Inspiring keynotes, educational workshops and presentations given by subject matter experts are scheduled for each day of the event, and attendees can also receive recertification credits from ATD, SHRM and HRCI.

Some of the topics that will be covered include competency- and skills-based learning, experiential learning, the metaverse, AI and machine learning, company culture considerations, strategic business alignment and measurement.

Since 2004, the CLO Symposium has brought together learning and HR professionals to network, share anecdotes, overcome organizational and learner-related challenges and to learn from one another. From 2020 to 2022, the multi-day event was hosted in a virtual setting, and was attended by L&D professionals from across the globe.
