About Joe Richer

Joe Richer is the vice president of client outcomes with PulseLearning Global. With more than 40 years of experience, he has worked in most of the standard learning roles from facilitator, instructional designer, program owner, director of learning, and chief learning officer. Richer has worked with large global firms like Motorola, Fidelity Investments, and CA Technologies as well as with startups like Zaiq Technologies and Amicore. He has long been passionate about the linkage of learning enablement and business success. Richer works with teams and individuals to build bridges between people and organizations to promote trust, positive change, enablement and success.

Richer is a veteran of the US Navy. He resides in Rhode Island with his wife Kathy. He is the proud father of Ellen and Sean, father-in-law to Kevin, and grandfather to Brynn Laura.
