Cathy Hoy has over 20 years experience working within Learning and Organizational Development, leading the global learning, talent and culture strategy for a number of organizations across various industries. Having worked globally for some well-known brands, such as British Gas, Expedia, Tesco and Coca Cola European Partners, Cathy’s wealth of knowledge and experience has seen her successfully develop and implement learning strategies and initiatives that have significantly improved employee and business performance. In 2020, Cathy joined Soho house as their global L&D director, with a a focus on building a more diverse and inclusive working and learning environment. More recently she worked at the Learning and Performance Institute as their Chief learning officer, supporting L&D leaders and their teams. Cathy, along with her business partner Robert Wagner, now run CLO100, which provides a development programme for learning leaders to help them create high performing learning organizations.
