Product lets non-native English speakers create better business communications and improve business English performance using mobile devices.

Brisbane, Calif. — Oct. 4

GlobalEnglish Corp., a provider of on-demand software to advance enterprise fluency for global organizations, announced the release of the new GlobalEnglish LinGo Pro mobile business app, an integrated component of the GlobalEnglish Suite, which provides mobile and browser-based access to business terms and vocabulary anywhere, anytime. It lets non-native English speakers create more effective, high-quality business communications and improve business English performance using mobile devices.

GlobalEnglish LinGo Pro covers terminology related to key functions, such as marketing and finance, as well as industry sectors, such as banking and pharmaceuticals. It provides lists of commonly used business vocabulary by industry sector and popular topics as well as customized, company-specific words, acronyms and jargon.

The new mobile business app lets subscribers record and play back their voices to increase their accuracy and proficiency compared to native language pronunciation using its Hear/Say function. It integrates with other components of the GlobalEnglish Suite including GlobalEnglish Bloom, a new global collaboration software product, and allows new words to be added and automatically synched up through the GlobalEnglish Edge product using its My Word Lists feature to further customize the experience for different employees at multinational companies.

Subscribers can hear male and female pronunciations in U.S., British or Indian English and find challenging, saved or missed words without going through entire language exercises. It also lets subscribers highlight words or phrases within documents and hear them pronounced correctly out loud.

GlobalEnglish LinGo Pro is a component of the GlobalEnglish Suite, an on-demand platform for global enterprises designed to improve business English proficiency and drive better business results using the Web, mobile devices, and enterprise social collaboration software tools.
