Element K announced Wednesday that it will join with Franklin Covey Co. in distributing the company’s new online learning courses, InSights On Demand, as a component of its Business Professional Resource Collection. In addition to Franklin Covey, Element K will become the first distribution provider for this product and will also offer the collection throughout North America.
InSights On Demand was launched to the market last month as the newest addition to Franklin Covey Co.’s suite of online learning solutions. The new offering will be included in Element K’s Business Professional Resource Collection, which combines videos, audio and electronic books to create targeted learning programs for professionals.
InSights On Demand are online courses which feature Franklin Covey’s content in the form of short, Web-based video training modules. These self-paced, online courses may boost employees’ skill sets or enhance their job performance. The online courses are built around 15 of the most common workplace competencies, which allow them to be easily integrated into any existing training initiative.

Element K’s Business Professional Resource Collection is available as a stand-alone subscription for professionals who are on the move and require access to learning resources in real time. When packaged with Element K’s Business Professional Course Collection, organizations may choose from learning materials in multiple formats spanning all major business competencies. Taken together, these materials can be combined to create comprehensive online learning programs, or supplement classroom programs for a blended learning experience.
