Senior Vice President – Workplace Learning and Employee Development

Come build the future of Workplace Learning and Employee Development {people excellence} in this brand-new position. Your challenge is to build a best-in-class function focused on optimizing employee and company performance through “performance-based” learning and development. You will have the opportunity to define the vision and strategy, while aligning existing training resources to be more effective in developing and delivering solutions. Your ability to build effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, HR colleagues, other training providers and potential business partners, is essential.

The selected candidate will help the organization to break new ground in leveraging the performance potential of our people, by bringing knowledge and experience of best practices in “Performance and Learning” as well as familiarity with the application of technology to large-scale training and development delivery systems.
