I’d like to think we’re doing a lot of things to reimagine the learning experience. It’s all about virtualization, it’s all about mobilization, utilizing new, emerging technologies like augmented reality and virtual reality to try to create a completely different learning environment.
At the end of the day, I think it’s really important to create content and curriculums that employees can adopt whenever and wherever they are. If you think about how most people consume news, sports, entertainment – it’s on the go, and it’s constant. And it’d be great for corporate universities to be able to have this same type of functionality and content delivery modality so that total engagement can be integrated in a learner’s life whenever they want.
