7 Lessons: Engaging Staff and Communities During the Pandemic Using Virtual Tournaments

Christian Gossan leads a global program of work at KPMG that includes an app used to run tournaments. More than 8,000 people from 45 countries participated in this year’s KPMG Globerunner Cup, an internal competition within the firm to see which country knows the most about its service offerings. In this session, Gossan shares seven observations about running virtual tournaments amid the pandemic compared with those held in prior years.
