About Diana Thomas

Diana Thomas is a Certified Executive & Team Coach with Marshall Goldsmith’s organization and a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation).  She held the position of Vice President of Learning & Development for McDonald’s Corporation USA. In this role, she led all aspects of training, development, and education, including the restaurant training curriculum at Hamburger University, McDonald’s global training center of excellence.  Under her leadership, McDonald’s USA was recognized with numerous top Learning awards. Diana is a Learning Advisor for NEXT Integrative Minds Life Sciences, an Editorial Advisory Board member for Chief Learning Officer, a faculty member for BetterWork Media group’s CLO Accelerator Class, a Judge for the Learning Elite awards, and a past Board Member for the National Diversity Council.

She holds an MBA, a master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Business Management, and a BA in Education and Economics. Thomas is the co-author of Be More Strategic in Business and the host of Talent Champions, a podcast that engages in relevant discussions about issues facing the world of HR, talent development, and leaders today. She is also a certified 500 yoga instructor and especially loves teaching yoga to children.  As a proven, successful Fortune 100 Executive, Thomas partners with business executives to help them become better leaders and find more happiness & well-being in their lives. Diana is married with two daughters, and she enjoys spending time with family, focusing on health and wellness, and lifelong learning.
