Gary is President & CEO of Whitney Consulting Group, LLC an organization focused on learning strategy creation and helping organizations plan for learning transformation. Gary is a 20+ year veteran of the learning industry. Most recently, Gary was Vice President Global Learning for IHG responsible for learning needs of a 330,000+ global employee workforce. Gary led IHG to 7 consecutive CLO Magazine Learning Elite awards as IHG learning strategy evolved to meet the evolving needs of the global service industry. Gary is a frequent industry speaker and serves on the service industry advisory board for both Purdue University and SouthWest Minnesota State University.
