About Jason Weber

Jason Weber is the associate vice president – people and values for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. In this role, he is responsible for all leadership development programming and operationalizing their values-based culture. Jason also serves the organization as an internal executive and professional coach. Jason is currently finishing his dissertation on servant leadership and team effectiveness for his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership through Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Jason is an award-winning author and has published several articles about accountability in teams, team effectiveness and bringing servant leadership into organizations.
