About Layne Greer

Layne Greer has spent the past 20 years working and learning with some of the Fortune 500’s top retail companies – including Starbucks, Athleta (Gap Inc.) and others. In her work with global leaders, she realized that traditional approaches were not meeting the needs of diverse talent, which lead her to start using human-centered design in developing leadership programs. A decade later, Greer has learned valuable insights in co-designing programs with diverse leaders and ensuring the learning experience is meaningful and drives engagement, promotion, and retention.  She currently lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her wife and cantankerous dog.
