Amy Procacci is a management and strategic consultant with 10+ years of experience.She joined Degreed in 2018 managing complex enterprise accounts with a focus ondriving how the workforce learns. For six of her ten years with IBM, Ms. Procacci workedas an IBM Human Resources Consultant to U.S. Government clients including the U.S. AirForce, Department of State, Department of Energy, and Department of Veterans Affairs.Her later work as an IBM Global Learning and Knowledge Sharing Lead consisted ofdeveloping and implementing strategic learning and knowledge sharing platforms andexecuting large scale adoption strategies for over 100k IBM employees.When she’s not thinking up creative solutions for her clients, Amy can be foundpromoting children’s welfare in her local community by serving on the Board ofDirectors for the Junior League of Boca Raton, Florida.
