About Brad Cooper

Brad Cooper is a highly experienced specialist in leveraging LMS systems for learning process improvement, performance management, regulatory compliance, and competency management. As a founder of Plateau Systems, he designed groundbreaking functionality to meet complex learning management needs and was involved in implementations for over 150 companies. At Florida Blue, Brad serves as a Senior Analyst for Talent Management Systems and is one of the administrators and DSC’s of the SumTotal Learn system. In addition to performing administrative and support tasks, he also develops testing and implementation strategies for new functionality, creates documentation, and leads continuous process improvement initiatives.
