About Brent Colescott

With over 20 years in the learning and talent fields, Brent has successfully initiated and optimized development ecosystems during his career in the HR, Utilities and Energy industries. Notable accomplishments include being recognized by WebEx as their “Innovator of the Year” in 2005 and by Skillsoft as the “2007 Learning Leader of the Year.” An avid traveler, he enjoys meeting with clients around the globe to advise on learning and talent strategies while also writing for his weekly blog: brentcolescott.com.  He holds a Master of Education in Administration and Technology.  When not traveling for work, Brent enjoys taking Disney vacations with his family.
