About Debra Kellogg

Debra Anne Kellogg has served in myriad capacities and departments —sales management, change management, customer satisfaction, human resources and more — throughout her more than 25 years at Toshiba America Business Solutions. Within her current role as manager of education, performance and communication, she manages the Toshiba Connect Communication Portal, Toshiba Academy, as well as the company’s latest conversational-driven performance program, Ignite, that she developed and launched throughout the United States and Latin America.

Kellogg is a dynamic and creative problem-solver with diverse leadership expertise in sales, communications and performance management. Kellogg’s success is driven by her contagious passion for learning and helping others. Her favorite aspects of working at Toshiba include facilitating strategic sessions among her peers while also helping enhance the cumulative knowledge and skill set of the company’s geographically diverse workforce.

Kellogg is a graduate of Toshiba’s Six Sigma certification program and holds a computer information systems degree and marketing business certification from University of California at Irvine. She also holds multiple accreditations from Saddleback College, The Ken Blanchard Cos., Dr. Tony Alessandra, Achieve Global, Harvard and California Institute of Technology.
