About Karen Hebert-Maccaro

Karen Hebert-Maccaro, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer of Babson Executive Education. Prior to joining Babson, Karen held various corporate executive roles in talent management, learning and development, content and product strategy in the biotechnology, healthcare technology and media industries. She spent fifteen years in academia and independent consulting prior to her industry career, holding academic leadership and faculty appointments at two institutions. Karen earned a Coach’s Training Institute certification for executive coaching and has spent many years coaching mid and senior level leaders. Karen holds a Ph.D. from Boston College.
