About Mary Kay Vona

Mary Kay Vona is a principal in the people advisory services and learning services practice of EY, a professional services firm with more than 260,000 employees. A seasoned executive, Vona leads a team of organizational change, learning and talent professionals who support client growth strategies. An expert in business transformation, she brings more than 30 years of industry and consulting expertise to her clients. Vona is also an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University, Peabody School of Leadership and Organizational Performance. In previous roles, Vona has built and managed global learning practices and led sector/industry specific human capital teams. Throughout her career, Vona has focused on the importance of workforce transformation, innovation and the role education plays in developing future leaders.
