About Lara Anderson

As a 22-year Nike veteran and executive coach, Lara Anderson is passionate about helping others unleash their potential. She’s held several talent related roles over the course of her time at Nike, all of which have had some focus on leadership development. Most recently, she designed and currently leads one of Nike’s premiere programs designed to accelerate the development of high-potential, “next gen” leaders.
