About Skip Marshall

Skip Marshall is vice president and CTO of DXC Technology, human capital management business unit, responsible for managing its solution architecture, product strategy and overall technology strategy. He has extensive design, development and deployment experience in instructional programs, enterprise talent management initiatives and the technology infrastructure to support them. Marshall specializes in designing technology solutions to address complex business issues within the human capital management space. He holds an MBA and a master’s in education as well as a specialist degree in instructional technology, all from the University of Florida.
