About Ian Stewart

Dr. Ian Stewart is executive director for Kaplan Performance Academy. Before joining Kaplan in 2015, he spent more than 20 years lecturing in leadership and behavioral science at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. In addition to his work at the Academy, he trained military officers and senior officials in more than 20 countries, including Sierra Leone, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Colombia, South Africa and Indonesia, as well as taught psychology for the Open University and acted as a visiting lecturer at Cass Business School.
