Kasia Gurgul is the founder of Mindquest Global Executive & Leadership Development for regional/ global leaders and STEM businesses.  

She is a certified professional and organizational coach, and co-author of “Empowering Women Leaders in STEM”, published by Routledge in Coaching & Mentoring in Asia Pacific. During her international career, Kasia led digital transformation within global organizations. Kasia is an avid explorer of ideas & cultures, and lives in Victoria, Canada.
