Melissa Lewis, Ed.D., MBA is the Director of Talent Growth and Development at Facing History and Ourselves. She has a rich background in both Education and Learning & Development, spanning 15 years. Melissa has served as teaching faculty in Instructional Design at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She has also developed L&D strategy and led multiple teams for startups and Fortune 100 companies.
