Ricky Escobar has over 20 years of experience in training and organizational development. He currently serves as Senior Learning and Development Specialist for Erlanger Health in Chattanooga, TN. He holds a BS in Chemistry, a CGS in Leadership, and is a candidate for a MSEd in Adult Education & Training from St. Joseph’s College of Maine.
