About Ryan Laverty

Ryan Laverty is the Co-Founder and President of Arist. Named a must-have by CLO magazine, Arist’s innovative text message learning platform is used by dozens of F500 companies and global nonprofits to teach and train employees all over SMS and WhatsApp.

Prior to Arist, Ryan ran a public speaking coaching company where he found a love of all things learning design and employee training, authoring the original white paper on text message learning while in his senior year of college. Ryan spends most of his week speaking with global talent development leaders about how they can shift the way their organizations learn.
