About Susan Elaine Murphy

Susan Elaine Murphy, Ph.D., is chair in leadership development at the University of Edinburgh Business School. She was formerly director of the School of Strategic Leadership Studies at James Madison University and Professor of Leadership Studies, as well as associate director of the Henry R. Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College. She has published numerous articles and chapters on leadership, leadership development and mentoring.
