This paper presents the hypothesis that innovative qualities may be overlooked in most leadership training models today. Innovational leaders are different than Transformational Leaders and Transactional Leaders. They have different priorities and different work styles. Companies led by Innovational Leaders often experience extraordinary growth which grabbed our attention.
In this webinar, we will present findings that led us to this hypothesis, including which companies were studied and how we derived a profile of an Innovational Leader. We will also discuss leadership training program implications.
