We’re excited you are joining us for the virtual Fall 2020 CLO Symposium! Here is important information to make the most of the experience.

Access to the Virtual Platform 

The event environment will open on Monday, October 19, at 8 a.m. U.S. Central Time. To access, simply visit https://clovirtualsymposium.vfairs.com/ and login with the email address you used when registering. We encourage you to log in early on Monday to ensure you have access before the first session kicks off at 10:30 a.m Central.

Navigating the CLO Symposium 

After you login, you’ll be able to access everything the CLO Symposium has to offer through the main lobby. Here’s a short video guide to help.

Attending Sessions 

All keynotes, panel discussions and workshops are accessible through the Main Stage and Workshops areas. Simply click either link to view a schedule of sessions. When a session is live click the Join button.

Please note: Please familiarize yourself with the event agenda. All sessions will be delivered via Zoom in order to make the most of the opportunity to interact with speakers. In those cases, a new window will open and you’ll be asked to open your Zoom application or download Zoom if you don’t have it yet. 

Exhibit Hall 

Your registration includes access to insights and demos from the leading learning providers through the Exhibit Hall. There you’ll be able to visit their booths, chat using the chat box feature, video call option or leave a message for a representative and access a wealth of downloadable and shareable content that you can add to your Swag Bag.

Networking Lounge 

Much of the value of the symposium comes from who you meet and the Symposium offers multiple opportunities to connect with fellow learning leaders. Visit the Networking Lounge to join an informal chat or visit the lounge and have a conversation with our platinum sponsors.

Leaderboard and Scavenger Hunt 

And finally, earn points by attending sessions, visiting exhibit hall booths, downloading white papers and other assets and chatting with fellow attendees. Track your progress through the event Leaderboard. The top three finishers will win Amazon gift card prizes. Also keep an eye out for objects that are part of our Scavenger Hunt to win daily prizes.
