About Ave Rio

Ave Rio is the managing editor of BetterWork Media Group, where she guides editorial strategy and leads the content production of the Chief Talent Officer brand, geared toward senior-level talent professionals. She develops the editorial calendar for Chief Talent Officer’s print and digital content, including articles, videos and podcasts.

Ave and her husband live in Portland, OR where she also teaches yoga, enjoys weekend hikes along the coast and in the mountains and embraces the joys of motherhood, learning and growing with her baby girl.
