About Carol Stevens

Carol Stevens is director of learning and development for NCI Building Systems, one of the largest manufacturers and marketers providing metal products for the nonresidential construction industry in North America. Based in Houston, Stevens has an extensive background in organization development, talent management and training. She began her career in Exxon’s leadership development program and transitioned into a variety of learning and development roles. Stevens’ expertise in managing both people and projects brings a holistic perspective to her learning and development team. In her role, she helps NCI leverage learning, talent management and process improvements to yield unparalleled results.
