About Elizabeth Loutfi-Hipchen

Liz Loutfi-Hipchen is the managing editor for Chief Learning Officer, where she oversees the production of editorial content, including articles, videos and podcasts, and coordinates the prestigious LearningElite awards program.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Loutfi-Hipchen is an avid storyteller and an experienced editor and mentor to writers of all ages. She previously wrote for multiple newspapers in Missouri, where she covered university student life, crime, health and public safety. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with animals, exploring the city with her husband and indulging in her favorite things: coffee, books and true crime podcasts.
