About Erika Van De Yacht

Erika Van De Yacht is an Associate Director of Learning at Sentry Insurance, where she is charged with co-leading a new vision and strategy for a business-driven corporate learning model. In her role, she has the opportunity to execute on what she is most passionate about: dramatically improving the associate learning experience and leveraging learning to accelerate organizational capability and drive business transformation. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in HR Management & Employment Relations from Penn State University and is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas Executive Leadership Program. Outside of work, Erika volunteers with the United Way and the Boys & Girls Club. She also enjoys cooking, working on her golf swing, and spending time outdoors with her family.
