About Erin Donovan

Erin Donovan has been a learning and organizational development leader in retail, manufacturing, education and financial services.

She focuses her work on building measured growth strategies informed by her academic and practical experience.

Erin has advised corporations, worked locally with small business and as a global partner to ensure the learning solution matches the unique needs of each of her partners.

She holds a PhD in curriculum instruction and two content area masters degrees. She is also a National Board Certified educator.
