About Jomo Castro

Jomo Castro is a change agent who demonstrates his leadership through action. His experience includes leading strategic initiatives for external affairs, global project management and the employee resource group, Hacemos.

Castro is a corporate ambassador and lobbyist for AT&T, managing inquiries and community affairs initiatives. Castro assists with new technology deployment and infrastructure investment by collaborating with community leaders, legislators, business leaders and customers. He has been with AT&T since 2000. His experience includes leading a team, process improvements, program and project management, managing organizational data, metrics, executive reporting and much more.

Castro has held many local and national positions with Hacemos, cultivating partnerships with organizations to educate America’s youth on STEM careers and raise money toward college scholarships. Castro is a St. Louis native, holds a master’s in management information systems, is PMP certified and was once selected as one of St. Louis’ “most intriguing people.”
