About Judy Whitcomb, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Moderator

Formerly Vi’s chief human resources and learning officer, Judy oversees and drives Vi’s organizational effectiveness and strategy. Supporting and acting as a thought partner to Vi’s executive management team and senior leaders, Judy identifies people, process and culture interventions to elevate Vi’s organizational capabilities and business impact. Additionally, Judy oversees Vi’s succession planning, executive development and change management efforts.

Judy joined Vi with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of HR leadership roles, including a 19-year career at United Airlines. She previously held leadership roles in business, development, marketing, finance and operations in the airline, financial services and employee benefit services industries.In 2020, Judy was recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a Notable Leader in HR and led Vi to achieve the #26 ranking among Glassdoor’s 2020 Top 100 Best Places to Work out of over 840,000 companies.
