About Kimberly Isley-Pesto

Kimberly Isley-Pesto is a Human Resources Training and Development Manager at United Airlines. She has 17+ years of diverse Human Resources and Training Experience including talent management, recruiting, employee onboarding, talent development, performance management, curriculum development and training execution.

In her current position with United Airlines, she specializes in training program design, development and implementation. With her background in various industries she has developed a unique and innovative approach to managing multiple facets of implementing learning within agile and dynamic organizations. Throughout her career, Kimberly has been a trusted internal consultant, providing employee performance focused solutions for some of the most challenging problems.

Kimberly is credentialed in Instructional Design and E-Learning Instructional Design. She is also a certified Development Dimensions International Facilitator.

Kimberly earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and an M.A. in Training and Development from Roosevelt University.
