About Kuntal McElroy

Kuntal McElroy is the founder of AxiomVantage LLC., a boutique consultancy that provides project-based consulting and program management. Areas of focus include digital transformation, learning, change management, strategy, and university relations.

Prior to launching AxiomVantage, Kuntal was Head of Learning for Ericsson North America, where she established their learning strategy and built a high performing team to develop and deliver industry recognized, transformative learning solutions. At Ericsson, she also held roles in strategy & marketing focused on business execution, market/risk analysis, and business development. She has also held senior roles at other companies including, State Farm, Citigroup, Solomon Smith Barney, ABN Amro Inc., and, PwC in areas of learning, operational risk and management consulting. 

Kuntal is a change agent who is passionate about learning, STEM education, and leading & developing people ever since she first started teaching mathematics. Kuntal has been responsible for building award winning teams, being recognized by CLO Magazine, Brandon Hall, Association for Talent Development and others. She holds a PhD in Mathematics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. and currently lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband and their three children.
