Lisa Lang has more than 20 years of leadership experience working in L&D, business excellence, organizational change initiatives and workforce development.
She currently serves as a subject matter expert to Siemens U.S. CEO Barbara Humpton and other Fortune100 CEOs, governors and nonprofit leaders on the 25-member Federal Workforce Policy Advisory Board. This group of leaders and subject matter experts is tasked with advising Federal policy on workforce issues.
Lang is a member of the global learning and education leadership team that defines the learning strategy for Siemens globally. In her regional lead role, she is responsible for implementing the learning strategy for business-related learning programs within Siemens in the Americas region. The U.S. learning campus organization she leads operates in a unique business model as entirely self-funded.
Additionally, Lang is responsible for apprenticeships and dual studies programs in the U.S. and Canada to develop the future pipeline of workers with technical skills.

Lang has a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from University of Central Florida, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Clemson University. She enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her family in their hometown of Winter Park, Florida.
