About Mike Kennedy

For over 24 years, Mike Kennedy has gained experience in the talent development field, specializing in leadership and coaching solutions for growing and midsized companies. Kennedy also led the NBA’s Learning and Development team, responsible for the design and delivery of innovative, learning solutions to the league’s 1,500 employees worldwide. In 2015, he launched the NBA’s leadership development function, which distinguished the NBA as a premier developer of top talent. 

Kennedy holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and a Certificate in Training and Development. Currently, he resides in New Jersey with his wife, children, and dogs.
