About Oleg Vilchinski

Oleg Vilchinski is the vice president and co-head of NA East Business and Global Head of Business Information Services at EPAM Systems, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in the hi-tech industry, specializing in content value chain creation and spearheading search and discovery, intelligent automation technologies (RPA, OCR), text analytics, NLP, AI and Machine Learning expertise.

Since 2019, he has led EPAM’s Education & Learning Services Practice. He helps clients in the EdTech industry transform their strategy and business towards educational ecosystems that support lifelong learners. He previously led the Cloud Operation and Maintenance Competency Center. He has started up multiple innovation programs and R&D Labs in content creation, enrichment and semantic search—helping business information clients gain valuable insights from their content and drive business decisions making processes.
