About Rachel Cooke

Rachel Cooke is the founder of Lead Above Noise and partners with organizations to retain, engage and develop their talent. She focuses on crafting impactful employee experiences and delivering leadership development that activates behavior change. Cooke holds her Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and her Bachelor’s in Human Development from Cornell University.
