About Keith Keating

With a career spanning more than two decades in learning and development, Dr. Keith Keating is the chief learning officer at Archwell and founder of the Archwell Academy, where he uses learning sciences as a scientific method supporting the lifecycle of global talent.

Dr. Keating believes learning sciences are key in developing learner-centricity while enabling, encouraging, and empowering talent to take control of their professional future through lifelong learning. Prior to joining Archwell, Dr. Keating was the head of global learning for General Motors, where he established a global network of 150,000 learners, which spanned the Middle East, Canada, Mexico, South America and South Korea.

Dr. Keating is not only an advocate of the benefits of education and its power to lift and match professionals with their higher goals, but also a practitioner who has earned an MBA in business leadership from the City University of New York, and a master’s and doctorate in education from the University of Pennsylvania.
